Background & Experience:
I have worked with Community Banks for over forty years while at Ross & Yerger. My main priority is to help banks mitigate both their operating and collateral risk, create non-interest income opportunities, and sometimes even help secure capital. I am currently on the Board of Directors for PriorityOne Capital Corporation as well as Chairman of the Board for Ross & Yerger.
