KISx Card Program - Lunch & Learn Seminar (Lunch Provided)

The KISx Card is an outpatient surgery & imaging program that your employer has made available to you for the most common surgical & imaging procedures. Some of the most typical procedures available through The KISx Card include orthopedic, general surgery, colonoscopies, MRI, CT, and PET scans. When this program is utilized, your health plan members will receive the procedure at NO OUT-OF-POCKET cost to the member.
