How did you hear about (or end up at) R&Y?
I received a call from a “head-hunter” who invited me to interview with R&Y. I lived about 3 hours away at the time. 45 days, 10 interviews, and 1,000 miles of travel later, I was beginning my career at Ross & Yerger.
What is your greatest accomplishment at R&Y?
Convincing Greg Maloney to hire me.
Organizations & Community Activities: Christ United Methodist Church, ABC, NJYB coach
Family: Blessed to be married to Michele—who keeps all of us in line. We have a 7 year old, sports fanatic of a son, John and a beautiful young daughter, Elizabeth, who is 3.
What are your hobbies?
Golf, college football, spending time with my wife and kids, watching Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, and the various Bachelor shows.
What is the one thing many people don’t know about you?
During an aptitude test in high school, I scored perfect tone, pitch and timbre in the musical tests. If I sang for you, then you would question the competency of this evaluation model.
Who do you admire most?
I admire the veterans of World War II. I had a grandfather who was one of them. The attitude possessed by that generation, the selflessness illustrated by their actions and the courage they exhibited during War are awe-inspiring. I simply can’t fathom myself being able to do this.
What is something that would be impossible for you to give up?
Ole Miss Sports
