How did you hear about R&Y:
In the right place at the right time!
What do you like most about R&Y?
Our people. Plain and simple. We care about each other and our clients. We are regular people helping real people understand the complexities of their insurance. Who doesn’t love that?
What is your greatest accomplishment at R&Y
Becoming a Shareholder and Vice-President. They are stuck with me.
What R&Y memories stand out?
Too many to count. Dudley getting dunked in the dunking booth, Mark taking a pie to the face for charity, running the Blues Marathon as a relay team, and just about every day that I get to work with my team of coworkers and producers.
Organizations & Community Activities: St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Alumni Board (Past President), Jackson Area Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter (Past President), Gallant Hearts Guide Dog Center (Board Member, 2010-2017), Junior League of Jackson (Active), Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Volunteer)
Family: I am married to my high school sweetheart, Chase, and we welcomed twins, Hailey & Carson, in August 2014. Born and raised in Jackson into a family of pharmacists. Grew up working at Beemon Drugs in my dad's store. Have one older brother who got all the artsy genes so I was left with all the business ones.
What are your hobbies?
My kiddos, traveling anywhere and everywhere, sports, the New Orleans Saints, trying new things and going new places.
What is the one thing many people don’t know about you?
I like to Scuba Dive.
My Personal Philosophy:
Try your best to leave a place better than when you got there.
In My Free Time:
I spend it with my family, various volunteer activities and participating in any sporting activity that doesn’t give me a heart attack.
My Hidden Talent:
I love Excel. Does that make me a nerd?
What is something that would be impossible for you to give up?
Junk food. I’m a sucker for salty things.
